RIX Pocket K3 Thermal Imaging Monocular

The RIX Pocket K3 Thermal Imaging Monocular was designed to be compact, budget friendly, and packed with great features. The Pocket K3 features a 384×288 resolution, 12μm, 50Hz, NETD <25mK thermal sensor. This sensor combined with a 15mm germanium lens and a 800×600 OLED display delivers a quality image.

Notable features of the Pocket K3 include simple controls, onboard video recording, Wi-Fi, IP67 water ingress protection, resolution enhanced technology, an integrated lens cover, and iOS and Android mobile app compatibility. The RIX Pocket K3 is powered by non-proprietary lithium-ion 18650 batteries and provides up to five hours of operating time.  Additionally, a 5V USB-C port allows for external power for even longer run times.

Resolution Enhanced Technology (RET)

It incorporates the latest Resolution Enhanced Technology (RET) by RIX, taking image clarity to new heights. By doubling the number of pixels in the image and utilizing advanced Al algorithms to simulate surrounding pixels, RET enhances image clarity to a level comparable to higher-resolution sensors.

When you use digital zoom, the effect of RET will be more obvious. lt can effectively compensate for the pixel loss caused by zooming, allowing you to observe the magnified target more clearly.

Integrated Lens Cover Design

RIX realized that frustrations come with traditional lens caps, which are prone to damage or loss. Drawing inspiration from sliding doors, the POCKET series introduces an integrated lens cover that can easily open or close with a gentle finger slide.
