Pro-Tech Knives E7A05 Emerson CQC7 Spear Point Automatic Folding Knife Black – Stonewash
The Pro-Tech Knives E7A05 Emerson CQC7 is the first knife collaboration between Pro-Tech Knives and Tactical Knife Icon Ernest Emerson. Ernest Emerson has been building knives since 1979 and has earned a reputation for making the most sought-after tactical knife designs on the planet. The CQC7 is possibly the most famous of his designs and the Pro-Tech coil spring-fired version will be made to the exacting standards that Emerson is known for. Mr. Emerson has personally been involved in every detail of this collaboration knife – the result is a knife that will have Emerson fans and loyal Pro-Tech customers very pleased indeed.
The action is super strong yet smooth. It has a nice kick when the blade deploys. The first time the Emerson/Pro-Tech CQC7 was seen outside of the shop was at the PKA (Professional Knife Maker’s Association) show in Denver, Colorado where it won the Best Collaboration Award. This model features a 3.25″ stonewashed spear point blade made from CPM20CV stainless steel with a conventional V-grind, jigged black aluminum handles, and the improved wide deep carry pocket clip. It also happens to be configured for left-handed users!
